Natural Grey Board is named after the striking, silvery-grey tones that develop naturally on Eastern White Pine and Eastern Hemlock boards after exposure to the elements. We carefully age the wood in the elements over several seasons to achieve the perfect balance of texture and weathered grey tones. We harvest the wood for our natural grey board before any drastic weathering effects occur, resulting in a product that is younger than most other original face lumber.

All of the unique markings are handmade using techniques that have been developed over time to give the natural rustic look that is typically desired when using these building components. All of these timbers are made from new beams so that you get the hand hewn look with new timbers.
